Hours for Check-ins & Check-outs
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
Sunday: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
(Checkouts only – no exceptions)
Peak Holiday/Vacation Time Periods
There is a minimum three (3) day stay requirement on all boarding arrangements made during the peak holiday/vacation time periods.
- Mid February: Mid-winter break (President's Day)
- Mid-March: College Spring Break
- Mid-April: Easter Break
- End-May: Memorial Day Weekend
- June 15th to September 10th (approx.): Summer Vacation
- October 5 – 15 (approx.): Columbus Day (Foliage)
- November 20 (approx.) to November 30: Thanksgiving
- December 20 to January 5 (approx.): Christmas/New Years
(Specific dates will be announced at the start of each calendar year – you will be notified at the time of booking if your reservation falls in a PEAK TIME PERIOD.)
Kennel closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Easter Sunday
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
NOTE: Special check-in & check-out times apply to days preceding a major holiday. Example – Christmas Eve and New Years Eve
All pets need to be checked in or out between the hours of 8:00 am – 3:00 pm only.
Vaccination Requirements
(Current written proof of the pet’s vaccination record must be on file with New Inn Kennels, LLC)
For Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella (kennel cough)
For Cats: Rabies, Feline Distemper & Feline Leukemia or proof that cat has been tested & is negative for leukemia.
Methods of Payment
New Inn Kennels, LLC accepts cash, personal or business checks and most major credit cards, as the method of payment for reservation deposits or bill payment. We require that all boarding bills are settled in full at time of the pet's check-out unless prior arrangements have been made with New Inn Kennels, LLC.
